Submission Information

We welcome all actors to submit to GLA; however, we prefer management and professional referrals. However, if you don’t have representation, as well as that you feel that you meet all of the criteria, we welcome your submissions. Please note that submissions are in no way, shape, or form, a guarantee of representation or employment.

Many people ask us, “What do you look for in prospective talent?”

We look for talent with a good look , who are professional (not late for their interview or for auditions), who are teachable (they’re not only in class, but listen more than they talk during an agent meeting), who are prepared ( for their auditions, and also making sure that their agent has a supply of current headshots and resumes) and who can sell themselves during an audition.

We also value talent who take charge of their careers instead of talent that wait around for their careers to happen. Every successful working actor had to ask themselves at some point: ‘Why not me?”
