The Gar Lester Agency was founded in late 2006 by Gar Lester and his partner Curtis Hayes. Prior to that, they were co-founders of JLA Talent, where Gar served as co-partner and head of the Theatrical and Commerical Divisions of JLA Talent, as well as former co-founder of Baron Entertainment. Prior to that, Gar spent four years at Commericals Unlimited. Because they believe in the power of relationships, they enjoy a great reputation with casting directors throughout the business.

The Gar Lester Agency is quickly becoming one of the premiere boutique Theatrical and Commerical agencies in the country, booking a wide roster of talent in TV, Commercial and Film.
